Come along each Tuesday to join Judy Glover, Integrative Therapist, for an evening of peaceful, calming guided meditation.

Meditation is a great way to renew and recharge yourself. The benefits of regular meditation are many – it promotes relaxation in our bodies, balances our emotions and relieves physical and mental distress. It opens a space of stillness for us to listen to our own intuition and guidance.

The meditation is led by Judy in a calm, soothing voice, walking you through the process one step at a time. All you have to do is follow along with an open heart and mind.

You will experience and learn progressive relaxation techniques for the body, mindfulness, body awareness, breath work, and energy healing tools.

Each week there will be a different topic to explore through shared discussion.

Suitable for beginners.
All welcome.
