I am a qualified Counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association and the founder of ADIA Counselling & Support Centre.
My journey in this life has been a mix of devastating lows and awesome highs, with a lot of everyday life in between… I have learnt so much about myself and the world around me through each experience, both the good and the bad ones.
Over the years I have worked with some amazing teachers, therapists, coaches and healers. Each one led me to discover more about myself, my authentic truth, why I am here, and how can I use my experiences to help others.
As an Integrative Therapist, I utilise the synergy of conventional “talk-therapy” counselling methods along with Inner Child work and energy therapy modalities to create a holistic approach, individually tailored to be most beneficial to you. I work in a trauma-informed way to foster a sense of safety and stability for my clients in times of distress.
I collaborate with you, guide and support you on your journey of self-discovery, holding space for you to increase your self-awareness, identify and build upon your strengths, releasing all that no longer serves you, so that you can achieve your goals.

Post Adoption Counselling & Support
I support the adoptee community through individual therapy, support groups and workshops.
As someone who has been affected by the Past Forced Adoption Policies & Practices in Australia, I have a personal as well as clinical understanding of the life-long issues faced by adoptees, natural families and adoptive families. I have spent over 20 years finding my own path back towards wholeness, integration and personal growth through a variety of modalities.
Your journey is unique, no two adoption stories are the same. Every person’s adoption story is different, and no two people will ever feel completely the same way about their adoptions as their life experiences were different. I embrace those differences, offering unconditional acceptance, support and respect.
A passionate advocate for people affected by the past closed and forced adoption practices in Australia, I participate in policy reform through a range of stakeholder forums.
